You will be given shipping options to select the best cost prior to entering payment information. Your account may be billed s&h balance due, if any prior to shipping.
In-store credits for example may be issued if your order shipped at a better rate which are good towards your next purchase, but does not include s&h and is at Managements discretion.
Coupons are issued with special promotions at Managements discretion. |

Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information. Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices. The shipping chart is a base rate for shipping, handling and a small insurance fee for paperweights collected for damage claims. USA customer orders for paperweights are insured. Canada orders ship uninsured and are at your own risk. All packages are carefully packed as we want you to receive your product whole.
Carefully inspect and unpack your package, not responsible for injury. File Damage Claims within 3 business days of receipt to receive replacements, no replacements issied after 3 business days. Most coaster orders ship via UPS to USA, USPS to Canada and ship uninsured.

USA/Canada Customers: -The shipping calculator is based on the weight of the product + includes handling/insurance fees. Your order will ship in the most economical container, if you over paid s&h/insurance at checkout (especially on larger orders) and your order was able to ship in a less expensive container, you may receive a credit to your account after the costs were covered. -Additionally, your account may billed any s&h/insurance fees balance due, to cover shipping costs.
-Generally, the s&h/fees you are charged cover the shipping costs, you will be notified via email if there are additional billings or credits, all accounts are billed s&h balance due prior to shipping your order.
-Due to risk of damage on returns, there are no exchanges or cash returns...All Sales Are Final. Do not return products to the company, you will not receive a credit.

| When will my order ship? |

Please see each individual item page for more information on the availability of each item. Also, after placing your order, you may click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to track the status of your order. You will receive a shipment confirmation when your order has shipped and USPS tracking information within 24-48 hours of shipment. Most Orders ship same or next business day, a substitute may be suggested if an item is out of stock or on back order. | How do I change quantities or cancel an item in my order? |

Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to view orders you have placed. Then click the "Change quantities / cancel orders" link to find and edit your order. Please note that once an order has begun processing or has shipped, the order is no longer editable. |

| My order never arrived. |

Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to track your order status. A shipping tracking # was emailed to you so that you may track the package. The post office changes the status to delivered once it reaches the post office, if you did not receive it, some common places to look is with a neighbor who may have received it in error, the post office will need the tracking # to assist you. Please contact info@affordablepaperweights.com for further assistance in tracking your order provide your first, last name and invoice #. |

If you order displays your Package Tracking Numbers, check with the shipper to confirm that your packages were delivered. Canadian orders ship at your risk and are not replaced, however, your order will be packed carefully as possible to ensure is arrives whole.
Due to possible breakage on returned glass paperweights, all sales are final. Exchanges only on all other products. Do not return merchandise without a return authorization. Contact info@affordablepaperweights.com for an exchange approval within 3 business days upon receipt, please state what items you would like to exchange them for. You may also request and in-store credit on your next order. No exchanges or in-store credits after 7 business days. |
