Coasters and Paperweights
USA Customers:
-Most coaster orders ship via UPS, smaller orders may be sent USPS. -Paperweights ship via USPS. Shipping includes insurance fee.
-Inspect your package carefully upon receipt.
-Damage Claims: Are accepted within THREE business days. Your package was insured, at the contact link, submit an email stating the item number, description and quantity that you found broken, a photo of the damage may be requested, keep the box until otherwise notified. This information is required to receive a replacement.
-All orders are packed with care.
Canada Customers:
-Coasters and Paperweights will ship USPS uninsured, no reimbursment for lost, stolen, damage etc. Note: Orders ship at your risk however, they are packed with care.
-Open all paperweight packages carefully.
USA/Canada Customers:
-Accounts are billed any S&H/ balance due if any, to cover shipping, handling and insurance.
-Due to risk of damage on returns, no exchanges or cash returns, All Sales are Final.
